RECEPTION

When you arrive at the campsite, we will be your point of information and also of solution, since we will give you a cable when you need it. Come, we will be glad to help you!

RESTROOMS
Maximum cleanliness. In a building divided into different zones:
- Toilets, wc and showers where you will find everything you need for your personal hygiene.
- Sink area to wash dishes, pots and everything you used to cook your meals.
- Laundry room and laundry area, to hand wash the clothes you want. We also have washers and dryers.
- Ironing area next to the washing machines. Here you will have some tables and shelves to make ironing a little more bearable. If you haven’t brought an iron, come to reception and we’ll leave one for you.
- Chemical toilet where you can clean the tank of your caravan.
- Two shower stalls for disabled persons.
- Baby bath in a separate room.
MEDICAL SERVICE
We have nursing if you need it at any time. Our lifeguard service is qualified to deal with those small scratches or bumps that may occasionally occur.
But if you need a medical visit at the campsite, we have agreements with clinics in the area where you can go. If you prefer, they will be the ones who come to the campsite.
The reception team coordinates any emergency. Do not worry about anything, we take care of everything and everyone! You’re in good hands!
SUPERMARKET
Inside the resort you will find a small supermarket called La Colonial, with a bakery where you can buy freshly baked bread and pastries.
At La Colonial you will find all the essentials as well as other items you may need during your holiday at the resort.
SPA & WELLNESS
At the top of our pool with temperate water Varadero, you will find our Spa. The entrance is reserved for adults only and has an extra cost. In it, you can relax to the fullest during your vacation; It has incredible views of the resort, a solarium area, different saunas, two jacuzzis, and bithermal and cyclonic showers.
In addition, you can hire services such as body treatments or massages. Check prices at our reception.
WIFI
Two types of WiFi are available:
Standard: Free WiFi so you can stay connected.
Premium: In case you need a fast connection. You can upload photos of your vacation at lightning speed. Book it at reception when you arrive or when you need it the most.
CAR WASH
We have a car wash in the upper area of the campsite. You’ll find an area with hosepipes for washing cars and camper van tarpaulins.
ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGERS
Charge your vehicle quickly and conveniently with our EV chargers. You’ll find them in the campsite car park.
MOTORHOME STATION
Along car wash place, we have areas for the disposal of gray water from motorhomes. You can also refill the water from the hoses in the car wash area.
GASTRONOMY
Enjoy an excellent gastronomic offer without leaving the Resort. In our complex, you will find a variety of options adapted to all tastes and needs.
Buffet el Bohío: Enjoy a wide selection of dishes. From delicious breakfasts to lunches and dinners with a large variety of local and international cuisine.
Punta Cana Restaurant: If you prefer to savour the authentic flavours of the Mediterranean, the Punta Cana restaurant is the place to be. Meals are served on a cosy outdoor terrace overlooking the stage and pools.
Camagüey Take Away: For those who prefer a quick and delicious option, Camagüey offers a variety of take-away dishes. Enjoy the best roast chicken, pizzas or ready meals to enjoy in your bungalow or plot.
Havana Bar: If you want to have a drink and relax, Havana Bar is the best option. Enjoy tropical cocktails, a selection of wines or sangria, slushies, beer… Immerse yourself and disconnect in the best Caribbean atmosphere.
